Lawyer-investigator, accredited mediator, CHRP and firm director
The firm's principal, Noémie Raza, acts as an investigator, facilitator and mediator in the workplace.Ms. Raza holds a bachelor's degree in law from Université de Montréal and a master's degree in law in dispute prevention and resolution from Université de Sherbrooke. She is also an accredited mediator with the Barreau du Québec, the Court of Québec in the fields of civil, commercial and labour law, and the Institut de médiation et d'arbitrage du Québec, in addition to being a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
At PRDSA,Ms. Raza mediates, investigates and conducts neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic workplace situations for public and private organizations. She also acts as a trainer, particularly in developing the skills of respondents, managers and employees with regard to psychological harassment, incivility and conflict in the workplace.
