Using semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis, this type of DRP process begins with a diagnostic phase to identify the anchors (relational, structural and organizational) of the various conflicts present in the workplace, as well as the protective factors likely to contain the deterioration of relationships.
Our professionals then determine which of the DRP modes are most likely to address the issues identified in the diagnostic phase. These workplace recovery interventions are implemented in activity sequences where participants can experiment, in a safe context, with ways of working together more effectively, with the aim of restoring trust within the workplace.
This recovery process is consolidated by the signing of a "partnership charter", containing the commitments made by all members of the community, who will have their own mechanisms for resolving future disputes.
