For PRDSA, the launch of a PRD community of practice is in line with our mission to contribute positively to work climates. By offering co-development to groups of professionals, employees or managers, we hope to facilitate reflection and exchanges that will enable participants to raise their level of communication and relational skills, as well as their management or leadership skills, in order to maintain a healthy work climate. Co-development ensures that skills development is all the more significant since this practice is based on the principles of collective intelligence. In this way, we act as a primary prevention tool across the spectrum of dispute prevention and resolution methods.
