Who is this service for?

HR professionals/managers working in companies or organizations interested in engaging in a progression and learning process. 

Description

Through our co-development offer for groups of HR professionals, we aim to facilitate reflection and exchange, enabling participants to raise their leadership stance and maintain a healthy working climate. Co-development ensures that skills development is all the more significant since this practice is based on the principles of collective intelligence. It offers participants the opportunity to learn from their peers, while improving and consolidating their professional practices.  

*Please note that hours of co-development training, based on the Champagne and Payette approach, are recognized by the Ordre des CRHA.  

Objectives

  • Facilitate discussions and exchanges enabling participants to deepen their knowledge of RDP, including psychosocial risk factors;
  • Develop a strategic posture in the face of new legislative requirements, and enable forward-thinking in the context of change management; 
  • Experience the benefits of a co-development approach and be able to implement its principles within your company; 
  • Provide a confidential space where each participant feels listened to, valued and supported in their professional concerns and challenges;
  • Be part of a professional support group.

Contents 

A number of topics will be covered, including

  • Become an ambassador for conflict prevention and management
  • Supporting collaboration at all levels
  • Encouraging mobilization in a teleworking context
  • Creating the winning conditions for the emergence and maintenance of a culture of civility
  • Managing cases of psychological and sexual violence and harassment in the workplace
  • Distinguishing between psychological health and mental health
  • Identify the cultural elements in your organization that hinder a healthy work environment and psychosocial risks, etc.

*A survey will be sent to each participant before the first meeting to identify the group's priorities and interests in the proposed themes.

Teaching method

Facilitation using the Champagne and Payette co-development approach. Reflective approach. Guest experts and management and/or reference tools according to the themes addressed.
