Eve Kinsey

Eve Kinsey M.Sc. CHRP, accredited mediator, holds a bachelor's degree in management, specializing in human resources, from HEC Montréal. She also studied psychology at Université de Montréal and holds a Master's degree in organizational development from Université Laval. She is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés and an accredited mediator.

Ms. Kinsey is an experienced consultant with over 20 years' professional experience in coaching, HR management and training. Her experience and knowledge of organizations are an asset when carrying out mandates. She stands out for her ability to popularize the theoretical concepts of best practices in conflict management and to extract concrete, field-applicable solutions to ensure buy-in from the parties involved. In training, she uses an approach based on the best principles of the adult learner (andragogy) and ensures that learning is transferred into action. She has facilitated and led over sixty co-development cohorts for Rh professionals and managers, and has been a guest speaker on a variety of topics relating to communication, best practices in management skills, civility in the workplace and living better together.

At PRDSA, she also acts as a trainer, particularly in developing the skills of respondents, managers and employees with regard to psychological harassment, incivility and conflict in the workplace. She also carries out mandates in neutral evaluation, coaching, training, mediation and organizational development.
