Our training activities respond to the current challenges of public and private organizations by enabling participants to acquire the dispute prevention and resolution skills that are so highly sought-after within these organizations.
The main objectives of our training programs are to enable key personnel to prevent situations of relational tension, to diagnose them when they arise, to draw up an efficient intervention plan including the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism(s), and to conduct these processes independently, drawing on external resources for support where necessary.
Our conferences, courses and workshops are offered in hybrid mode, either synchronously or asynchronously, or face-to-face.
