Biography

Éveline Marcil-Denault has been an organizational psychologist for over 20 years, and has worked with PRDSA for over 10 years as a trainer and consultant in dispute prevention and resolution. She has carried out numerous assessment and intervention mandates in contexts marked by problems affecting the work climate. Her areas of specialization are the prevention and defusing of relational tensions in the workplace, and the reinforcement of healthy and motivating management practices.

Having worked as a consultant for the SPVM, CFC Group and Raymond-Chabot, as well as a coordinator for a major EAP supplier, Ms. Marcil-Denault has developed a broad understanding of the issues involved in protecting psychological health in the workplace.

Passionate about communications, writing and teaching, she taught several courses at HEC Montréal between 1997 and 2014, and wrote columns for several Quebec media. A seasoned speaker, she has led over 300 conferences and training workshops in a wide variety of settings. Her other books include " Le travail, source de questionnements " and " Du CV à l'embauche " (Éditions Québecor, 2003 and 2005), as well as two novels. In recent years, she has focused on professional ethics and the promotion of civility and psychological safety in the workplace.
