The main objective of this training course is to enable participants to understand the complaint admissibility analysis process. The latter enables us to verify whether the conduct reported to the employer, if proven, could constitute a case of psychological or sexual harassment in the workplace. Understanding the legal framework and guiding principles of the admissibility analysis, as well as best practices in this area, is fundamental to ensuring that the complaint handling process is properly implemented, while respecting the rights of all parties.
