Biography

HéloïseChavy is a lawyer-investigator and accredited mediator with PRDSA. She is also PRD's head of services. She holds a master's degree in labor law and labor relations from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in France. She worked for four years as a paralegal in a Montreal law firm, specializing in civil and aboriginal law. A member of the Quebec Bar since 2017,Ms. Chavy practiced for two years with a boutique firm specializing in employment law and labor relations before joining the PRDSA team in fall 2019. She now devotes her practice to dispute prevention and resolution. 

At PRDSA,Ms. Chavy mediates, investigates and conducts neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic workplace situations for public and private organizations. She also acts as a trainer, notably to develop the skills of respondents, managers and employees in dealing with psychological harassment, incivility and conflict in the workplace.
