Lawyer, accredited mediator, investigator
MaryseBoucher is a lawyer, investigator and accredited mediator with PRDSA. Prior to joining the team, she practiced litigation for nearly twenty years in private practice. She has advised numerous organizations and individuals in civil liability and construction law, and has acted as mediator in several civil and commercial cases, as well as in family mediation.
A member of the Quebec Bar since 2002,Ms. Boucher also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a D.E.S.S. in dispute prevention and resolution (PRD) from the Université de Sherbrooke.
At PRDSA,Ms. Boucher mediates, investigates and conducts neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic workplace situations for public and private organizations. She also acts as a trainer, in particular for the development of skills in internal mediation within organizations and conflict management in the workplace.
