Lawyer-investigator, accredited mediator, team leader and responsible for training and multimedia content development
CamélieBoucher is a lawyer-investigator, accredited mediator and responsible for training and multimedia content development at PRDSA. She is also the firm's team leader. She holds a bachelor's degree in law and a bachelor's degree in comparative literature and film studies from the Université de Montréal. She completed her articling in criminal and penal law with a boutique firm, and also completed an internship in family law in a community setting with the Inform'elle organization. She subsequently worked for the publishing house Yvon Blais, as well as in governance, ethics and organizational trust for an NPO.Ms. Boucher is currently completing a Master's degree in Dispute Prevention and Resolution (DPR) at the Université de Sherbrooke.
At PRDSA,Ms. Boucher mediates, investigates and conducts neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic workplace situations for public and private organizations. She also acts as a trainer, in particular for the development of skills in internal mediation within organizations and conflict management in the workplace.
