Camélie Boucher

Camélie^Boucher is a lawyer-investigator, accredited mediator and responsible for training and multimedia content development at PRDSA. She is also the firm's team leader. She holds a bachelor's degree in law and a bachelor's degree in comparative literature and film studies from the Université de Montréal. She completed her articling in criminal and penal law with a boutique firm, and also completed an internship in family law in a community setting with the Inform'elle organization. She subsequently worked for the publishing house Yvon Blais, as well as in governance, ethics and organizational trust for an NPO.^Ms. Boucher is currently completing a Master's degree in Dispute Prevention and Resolution (DPR) at the Université de Sherbrooke.

At PRDSA,^Ms. Boucher mediates, investigates and conducts neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic workplace situations for public and private organizations. She also acts as a trainer, in particular for the development of skills in internal mediation within organizations and conflict management in the workplace.
