Description
Beyond Words is a training capsule (E-learning) designed to raise awareness of the issues of incivility, harassment and sexual violence among all employees in your organization. This audiovisual training course combines case vignettes with the analysis of one of our team's organizational psychologists. This approach enables employees to visualize in concrete terms the dynamics of escalating and de-escalating relational tensions in the workplace.
By listening to the realistic scenarios that are the subject of the testimonials, participants can identify problem behaviors and effective strategies for resolving them, thus fostering active and engaging learning. The analysis provided by the expert adds an extra dimension.
