Lawyer and investigator
Sophie Ouahbi Garcia is a lawyer and investigator with PRDSA. She is a graduate of McGill University's Faculty of Law. During her studies, she was involved in various student initiatives, including the McGill Legal Information Clinic and the Innocence Project. She also holds a bachelor's degree in political science and philosophy from Université Paris-Sorbonne and Sciences Po Paris, and joined New York University as a fellow before turning to her legal studies. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
Ms. Ouahbi Garcia has completed several internships with law firms, notably in civil and commercial litigation and public law, and also worked with the American Bar Association before joining the PRDSA team in the summer of 2022 as an articling student.
At PRDSA, Ms. Ouahbi Garcia is involved in investigations and neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic workplace situations for public and private organizations.
