Investigating lawyer
Carolina Manganelli has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2005, as well as an accredited investigator with the Quebec Bar in matters of harassment in the workplace. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, as well as degrees in Civil Law and Common Law from McGill University, and a Master's degree in Human Rights from University College London in the UK.
Ms. Manganelli was appointed Member-Assessor of the Human Rights Tribunal in 2016, where she is currently serving her second term. She brings to the firm a wealth of experience and expertise, particularly in human rights, including discrimination and harassment issues. Ms. Manganelli has worked in both the public and private sectors, and founded her own law firm.
At PRDSA,Ms. Manganelli acts as a lawyer-investigator in the field of dispute prevention and resolution. She is involved in investigations and neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic situations in the workplace for public and private organizations. She also acts as a trainer, notably in developing the skills of respondents, managers and employees with regard to psychological harassment, incivility, discrimination and conflicts in the workplace.
