Description

This training course has been specially designed to equip human resources professionals and managers with the tools they need to effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities in the prevention and management of psychosocial risks (PSR) in the workplace. It explores the main risk factors, such as work overload, low autonomy and recognition, and lack of organizational justice. Drawing on key definitions, legal obligations and concrete strategies, it offers tools for promoting a healthy work environment. Thanks to case studies and discussions, participants will leave with action plans for prevention and collective well-being.

  1. Clarify the role and obligations of stakeholders in the prevention of psychosocial risks (PSR).
  2. Know and recognize the main psychosocial risk factors in the workplace.
  3. Identify concrete courses of action to prevent and manage RPS.

Definition and legal framework:

  • Definition of RPS according to INSPQ.
  • Employers' legal obligations under the OHSA.

Main psychosocial risk factors :

  • Low decision-making autonomy.
  • Work overload.
  • Weak organizational justice.
  • Low recognition.
  • Low social support.

Prevention strategies :

  • Dealing with conflicts quickly and fairly.
  • Promote transparency and organizational fairness.
  • Offer support and development opportunities.
  • Implement mechanisms to reduce work overload.

Psychological health and balance :

  • Defining psychological health 
  • Identify signs of psychological distress.
  • Understanding basic needs: autonomy, social affiliation, competence.
