Description

This training course is designed to help managers, supervisors and HR officers better understand and manage disruptive or inappropriate behavior in the workplace. The main objective is to provide participants with practical tools and effective approaches to differentiate between so-called difficult personalities and dysfunctional behaviors, and to enable them to intervene appropriately according to the situations encountered.
