Description
This course is designed to enable participants to master their communication skills and use them effectively to foster a positive and productive work environment. Through this training, you'll learn to better understand your own interpersonal communication style and adapt it to the needs of each situation, in particular according to the interlocutor (generation, culture, frame of reference).
