Description

This course is designed to enable participants to master their communication skills and use them effectively to foster a positive and productive work environment. The main objectives are to make you aware of the obstacles to communication, and to teach you the art of feedback, in order to strengthen mutual understanding. You'll learn to determine when it's more relevant to share information or to make it understood, and to clearly define the effect you want to produce in your exchanges, as well as the most appropriate communication channel.
