Biography

Raphaël Gauthier is a lawyer, investigator and accredited mediator with PRDSA.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gauthier worked as a labour and employment lawyer for a nationally renowned law firm. He also worked for the Direction des affaires juridiques de la Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST). During this period, he diligently and professionally managed a large volume of complaints of dismissal without just and sufficient cause, prohibited practices and psychological harassment before the Tribunal administratif du travail. As part of his mandates, he led several conciliation and negotiation sessions in collaboration with conciliators, lawyers and company representatives.

A member of the Quebec Bar since 2019, Mr. Gauthier holds a bachelor's degree in law, with an international profile, from Université Laval. He also studied for a semester at the Université de Strasbourg, in France, and has participated in several committees and oratory competitions at Université Laval's Faculty of Law.

At PRDSA, Me Gauthier mediates, investigates and conducts neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic workplace situations for public and private organizations.
