Margaux Mary is Operations Director.
A graduate of the University of Law and Political Science in Nantes, France, she has held a Master II in Business Law since 2009.
She worked for nearly three years in France in various national and international companies as an in-house lawyer.
She then moved to Guadeloupe, where she worked for nearly three years in a luxury hotel structure, focusing more on the management and organization of events and work.
Arriving in Canada in 2016, she worked for over 6 years in a law firm as a paralegal and then as Firm Director.
She then moved into the real estate sector and worked as Assistant General Manager for a company managing some thirty buildings. Her responsibilities included representing the company before the Administrative Housing Tribunal, as well as managing and organizing work.
Drawing on this diverse experience, at PRDSA she ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the firm's operations and performance management. She ensures the smooth running of the firm by optimizing resources and applying internal policies to ensure the development and quality of services provided.
