Lawyer-investigator, accredited mediator
Me Jérémie Janosz is a lawyer-investigator and accredited mediator with PRDSA.Mr. Janosz holds a bachelor's degree in law from Université de Montréal, and joined the PRDSA team in winter 2018 as an articling student. During his studies,Mr. Janosz worked in the regulatory compliance department of a financial institution, assisting several lawyers with compliance analysis mandates and drafting internal procedures.
At PRDSA,Mr. Janosz mediates, investigates and conducts neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic workplace situations for public and private organizations. He also acts as a trainer, notably to develop the skills of respondents, managers and employees in dealing with psychological harassment, incivility and conflict in the workplace.
