Organizational psychologist, accredited mediator and training market development manager
A graduate of Université de Montréal, Isabelle Chagnon is an organizational psychologist specializing in psychological health in the workplace. A member of the Ordre des psychologues and a mediator, she has over 25 years' experience, notably in employee assistance programs, in consulting for private companies and public organizations, and as a lecturer and management trainer for managers.
Between 2018 and 2023, she held the position of Director of the Bureau du respect de la personne at Université de Montréal and HEC Montréal. She specialized in dealing with situations of psychological harassment, sexual violence and incivility in the workplace for both the student community and staff members. Through her involvement with the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur, she has contributed to the development of best practices for one-stop offices dealing with psychological harassment and sexual violence in Quebec universities.
At PRDSA, in addition to contributing to the development of the training offering, Ms. Chagnon is involved in mediation and neutral assessments of psychological harassment and problematic situations in the workplace. She also acts as a trainer, equipping harassment respondents, managers and employees to deal with psychological harassment, incivility and conflict in the workplace.
